MinnAnimate wants to create a place for animation in Minnesota. MinnAnimate wants to be a yearly animation festival, and maybe more.
MinnAnimate was founded and operated by local animation legend John Akre from 2012 to 2020. After a brief hiatus, the festival returned in 2022, under the management of me, CC Stanhill.
